ECMWF have prepared L2B and L2C datasets for testing by the Aeolus CAL/VAL teams (in early 2017, based on L2Bp v2.30).  These were prepared by running a realistic simulation of Aeolus using ECMWF model data (wind, temperature, pressure, cloud properties) as input to the Aeolus simulator (E2S) for the date 1/10/2015.  The CAL/VAL rehearsal datasets (generated in 2017) are provided here:

Have regenerated the L2B data for L2Bp v3.00 (using L1B v7.01 file inputs generated from E2S v4.01):
