Note that the rs6000 libraries contain both underscored and non-underscored versions of modules. 

Linux routines now compiled using the -byteswapio option with compiler pgf90. 

Library is intermediate between versions 000220 and 000230. It contains the updates in version 000230 except for the changes to create U/V wind components from vorticity/divergence using an extra spectral mode. 

Gribex routines

• Add ECMWF local definition 20 (4D variational increments) 
• Add class 8 for ELDAS 
• Add types 34 (gridded observations) and 90 - 99 (Mars development) 
• Add streams 1061 - 1069 (Mars development) and 1100 and 1101 (ELDAS) 
• Add ECMWF local table 200 (Differences between first guess and analysis) 
• Changed EMOSLIB version number to 000221 

Interpolation software

• Reverted to use of INTEGER variables in calculation of new grid longitudes in grid-grid interpolation (as before EMOSLIB version 000200)
