pnew("page") in fortran - page( )  in python

Pages subdivide a Super-page - any number of pages may be defined by the user, provided they fit within the limits of the current super-page. The position of a page on a super-page, which can be controlled by MAGICS or be defined by the user, is relative to the bottom left hand corner of the super-page. A user-controlled page is defined by its bottom left hand corner position and its X and Y axis lengths.
