To reset you password visit the URL:

Go to:  https://apps.ecmwf.int/auth/reset-password/

Enter your email or uid.

This will send an email to reset your password, Please check your junk folder.

Once you click the link you will then have a new password presented to you on the screen. After this you can change to a password of your choice by following the How to change my web and system password procedure.
