The aim of the Support Portal is
The Support Portal will provide a single point of support for our users.
From ECMWF website click Help on the top right to go to the "Support" page that replaces our current contact from then choose ECMWF Support portal for support queries. From this support page you will also be able to check the status of our services, find our phone number to raise an urgent operational issue that requirement immediate action, and contact our press office.
Quick link to your requests. The list of open tickets is displayed by default, but the user will be able to see all your tickets.
A centralized search will search our documentation to present you the most relevant articles from our documentation.
If you cannot find the answer to your issue or if you need to contact us, a simple category selection will help you narrow your search and give you the option to raise a ticket with our support teams when necessary.
