A newly created instance got stuck indefinitely on the finalising step when provisioning.
Most likely there is a problem with the network setup of this instance.
There are a few possibilities:
In this case, the public network was configured when provisioning the VM, but Morpheus picked up as the main address one for a private network.
Morpheus will eventually be updated with the right IP address after a while.
If that is the case, you will need to delete this instance and create a new one with the right network settings.
When provisioning at ECMWF, please make sure that public or external-internet network is enabled or floating IPs are enabled, but not both.
