New key name for element 0-01-102
We have introduced new key name for element 0-01-102.
It has been applied to all WMO table editionsSome of the key names have been changed for different reasons. Please note that changes in the key names are considered at the same level as interface changes and therefore we are not expecting to implement such changes after the main version 2.0.0 is released. These changes have been implemented in all the table versions in which the elements are defined.

New names for some keys in classes 10, 22, 26, 27 and 28
The new key names have been introduced to some elements in classes 10, 22, 26, 26 and 27.
This is to avoid clashes for key name for elements in different classes, having the same name but different meaning.
