in order for you to access training course resources, I need you to let me know your ECMWF user id. You will have received an email explaining how to create one, if you do not have it.
If you do not have one , please go to ECMWF webpage (www.ecmwf.int), click on the login (top right corner) and follow the instruction to generate a userid.
Once you have a userid one, please click on the survey button and complete the survey
