The data is restricted to authorised EFAS users and is password protected. User ID is the first part of your email before the '@' address; your password will be provided by email after registration to the service. To subscribe, please send log a request to efas@ecmwf.intusing the ECMWF Support Portal. (Documentation on how to log a request is here).
