Day of Session (29 June 2021 to 1 July 2021) | Oral presentation/ 2-minute pitch | Prepare a mini-talk or oral pitch of your poster to be presented by video/audio via Zoom. The pitch should be no longer than 2-minutes in duration due to the amount number of presenters per session. Speakers will be responsible for keeping track of the 2-minute time limit! The pitches will be grouped by topic with 2-3 speakers per group. The workshop organisers will prepare slides per group of 2-3 (with speakers bio/photo/title of the poster/figure/key highlight) to accompany the 2-minute pitch. |
Day of Session (29 June 2021 to 1 July 2021) | Discussion | You will need to make yourself available to discuss your poster (audio/video) with other people attending the workshop during the poster session. The poster session will last about 30 minutes and will be hosted in Gather.Town, an interactive platform that virtually mimics ECMWF centre in Reading, UK. |
